  • migrated the email application from ccMail to Microsoft Exchange 5.5
  • connected the European offices into a single Windows 2000 Active Directory domain
  • unified the different financial systems (Maconomy) in preparation for the arrival of the euro
  • created  a disaster recovery plan and strengthened the European computer infrastructure
  • installed a central asset and service management platform (Altiris)

 

Established the yearly IT budgets for the offices, took part in the selection of new employees and suppliers,  helped implement a cross-selling database between the offices.
